In order to improve the convenient and efficient service level, optimization and innovation are carried out on the basis of the previous semi-assembly line of the picking head. The seat tube assembly alone is one of the most complex components in the picking head, which can directly affect the picking rate during operation. This time, the seat tube assembly line is picked out separately, and the dirt is dispersed, emulsified, and peeled off by an ultrasonic cleaning machine to achieve efficient and accurate cleaning effects, and to make the complex actions such as cleaning, removing the inner shaft, repairing the bevel gear, rolling bearings, and replacing the double ear gaskets more refined.


This year, the after-sales department also optimized the tooling (spindle picking installation platform, inner shaft inspection platform, 14-tooth maintenance platform, seat tube maintenance tooling, inner shaft placement tooling) and the intelligent tooling assembly line to improve the visibility of material wear, improve the convenience of operation of after-sales technicians, and make the entire tooling assembly line active in sequence. "These optimized toolings are originally made by our after-sales technical team after maintaining nearly 7,000 cotton pickers. They not only improve work efficiency, but also make the connection between each link more mature and reliable." said Wang Guoshan, manager of the after-sales department.
