As the 2025 cotton picking season is around the corner, to ensure the cotton picking work proceeds efficiently and smoothly, leaders of Boshiran's Uzbekistan branch, together with after-sales technical staff, have actively carried out training courses for cotton picker operators in several major cotton-producing regions of Uzbekistan. The training covers all product-covered regions across the country, adopting an innovative model that combines theory with practice, and is dedicated to enhancing the professional skills of local drivers.
During the theoretical training session, the technical staff illustrated in detail the cotton picker's working principles, operating standards, daily maintenance, and safety precautions. Through graphic and textual demonstrations and simple, straightforward explanations, the operators gained a clear understanding of the machine's complex structure and operation mechanism, laying a solid theoretical foundation for practical operation.
The practical operation session is the focus of this training. During the training process, under the guidance of the technical staff, the drivers personally operated the cotton pickers. The technical staff provided patient guidance on everything from starting the machine and adjusting picking parameters to simulating smooth operation while driving across cotton fields. This training method that integrates theory with practice enabled the drivers to quickly apply what they had learned to practice, thus effectively enhancing their operational skills and maintenance capabilities. To date, 35 training sessions have been conducted, with over 400 participants trained.
Boshiran has always been dedicated to providing high-quality cotton-picking solutions for cotton growers worldwide. Since its first four-row box-type cotton picker was exported in 2019, the company has successfully expanded into international markets including the five Central Asian countries, Egypt, Brazil, and Australia. It has simultaneously established comprehensive after-sales service systems in each region and formed professional after-sales teams stationed overseas long-term. To ensure the efficient delivery of cross-border services, the company has also conducted targeted foreign language training to comprehensively enhance the after-sales staff's cross-lingual service capabilities.
This large-scale operator training conducted in Uzbekistan not only reflects the company's high sense of responsibility towards its clients, but also demonstrates its determination to promote the mechanization of the local cotton industry. By enhancing the professional competence of drivers, this will further improve cotton picking efficiency and thus reduce cotton losses, injecting new vitality into the development of Uzbekistan's cotton industry.
As the training progresses smoothly, cotton picker operators across Uzbekistan are fully prepared to embrace the upcoming 2025 cotton harvesting season. With the technical support from Boshiran, it is believed that this year's cotton harvesting work will be more efficient and orderly, laying a solid foundation for a bumper harvest in the local cotton industry.
